Casinos active in Italy between 1970 and 1990(ish)?

Hi! What are some good sites/books to find this kind of info? More specifically, I'm looking for smaller casinos, not the super glamorous ones that come to mind when thinking of Italian gambling.

Casinos and Restaurants Are Now Listing ‘Active Shooters’ as Risk Factors in Their Annual Reports

“Risk factors” for corporations typically include things such as increased foreign competition, changing consumer behavior, or perhaps the odd natural disaster.
But mass shootings have become so commonplace that some companies are now including them in the business risk sections of their annual reports. The SEC mandates that all companies detail the factors that might make an investment in the company risky.
In its past two annual reports, Caesars Entertainment noted that “visitation to Las Vegas also declined following the mass shooting tragedy on October 1, 2017.”
And Wynn Resorts included the following paragraph: “Furthermore, the attack in Las Vegas on October 1, 2017 underscores the possibility that large public facilities could become the target of mass shootings or other attacks in the future. The occurrence or the possibility of attacks could cause all or portions of affected properties to be shut down for prolonged periods, resulting in a loss of income; generally reduce travel to affected areas for tourism and business or adversely affect the willingness of customers to stay in or avail themselves of the services of the affected properties; expose us to a risk of monetary claims arising from death, injury or damage to property caused by any such attack; and result in higher costs for security and insurance premiums, all of which could adversely affect our results.” Interestingly MGM Resorts International, the owner of Mandalay where the Las Vegas shooting took place, did not include it in their risk factors, but did include it in their legal proceedings section.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Del Taco Restaurants, Dave & Buster’s Entertainment, and Stratus Properties have all added active-shooter situations to the “risk factors” sections of their annual reports this year.
Del Taco, a California-based restaurant chain said “terrorist attacks or an active shooter could have a material adverse effect on consumer spending,” in its March filing. Dave & Buster’s, a Dallas-based entertainment and dining chain cited acts of violence, “including active shooter situations” could cause customers to avoid their stores, which would adversely affect their business.
The number of fatalities continues to rise from mass shootings, including two incidents over the weekend killing 31 victims. One mass shooting that took 22 lives occurred at a Walmart store in El Paso, Texas. Walmart does not list gun violence, active shooters, or mass shootings in its risk factors section. It does mention such geo-political circumstances as war and terrorist attacks as many publicly traded companies do.
Like other catastrophes, both natural and man-made, so much of mass gun violence is random. “These things are difficult because you don’t know where it’s going to happen,” says Charles Elson, director of the John L. Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance at the University of Delaware. “It’s societal. It’s something that almost everyone is aware of as a risk factor. It’s beyond the control of the company.”
Every company has risks. And the Securities and Exchange Commission requires publicly traded companies to disclose to investors the significant factors that make an investment in the company’s offerings speculative or risky, according to Laura Richman, a corporate and securities attorney at Chicago law firm Mayer Brown, whose specialties include corporate governance and SEC disclosures. Risk factors aren’t supposed to be generic, according to the SEC rule, but specific to a particular company.
When it comes to mass shootings, there are some companies that may be more susceptible than others because of the industry they’re in, Richman notes. Publicly traded companies that operate stores, restaurants, movie theaters, concert venues, hotels and casinos—places where large numbers of people gather—may decide gun violence poses a noteworthy risk to their investors if an incident occurs and customers no longer feel comfortable going to their venues.
For companies that make or sell guns, there could be concern about publicity from mass shootings damaging corporate reputation or resulting in a legislative response that restricts sales. As the largest general retailer and a gun seller, Walmart falls under both of these scenarios. CEO Doug McMillon is surely grappling with this position. He wrote an Instagram post yesterday saying: “We’ll be thoughtful and deliberate in our responses, and will act in a way that reflects our best values and ideals, focused on the needs of our customers, associates, and communities.”
Despite the irrational and random nature of mass shooting perpetrators, the tragedy over the weekend in El Paso, could motivate Walmart, along with other large merchandisers, to start adding language around mass shootings to their risk factors section in next year’s disclosures. “I think that’s quite possible to the extent that if some companies start doing it, other companies may also choose to do it,” says Richman.

Apparently it’s okay to constantly cancel plans last minute for more fun activities, such as parties or going to the casino or going out drinking, as long as it’s with your family.

My S/O and I have been together for a year. The whole time we’ve had problems on and off. I won’t get into detail about all the other stuff, but the main theme being he apologizes and then repeats the behavior. Which makes me feel shitty. The recent problem that’s been occurring is him ditching me because something more fun pops up.
To preface, we live together. And he has a massive family. Tons of aunts, uncles, and cousins. Lots of cousins around his age that are more like really really good friends than cousins. We’ve both been working 40+ hours a week. He works M-F and I work retail so my schedule is everywhere. And I’m working extra hours because of the holiday season. I’m normally not scheduled this much. This new issue popped up three weekends ago and has progressively gotten worse to the point where I’m not sure we’re gonna make it.
Weekend 1: Hours were starting to pick up and it’s not my first rodeo working retail so I knew it would be my last full weekend off. I made plans to spend the weekend together because I wanted quality time with him and I knew we’d be barely seeing each other with our crazy and full schedules. Saturday started off great. Until about 5pm when he saw his cousin (A) was having a party. Now, A is a stereotypical party guy and a huge pusher. He doesn’t take no for an answer when it comes to drinking. When I’m there, I’m able to stand my ground with a firm no but my S/O is a people pleaser and wants to look cool to A so all it takes is one offer and he says yes. This has caused issues in the past and the last time we went over, another cousin (B) was there. B was physically and verbally sexually harassing me the whole time and everyone was just laughing at it while I was having a panic attack because it triggered my ptsd. S/O was drunk and also didn’t want to ruin the vibe so he didn’t do anything. Because of this, and because I just wanted to spend time with my S/O, I didn’t want to go to the party.
S/O realllly wanted to go to this party even though he had committed to spending the weekend together. He promised not to get too fucked up because when he drinks too much, he spends the next day in a bad mood and sleeping all day. He had promised not to do that if he goes. And to come home “early” (as in 11:30 pm not 6am) so he can go to bed early and have a nice Sunday with me. I can see there’s no winning because I had already said I didn’t like the idea because he promised to spend the weekend with me but he kept pushing anyway so I just said whatever as long as we get Sunday together.
Well I’m DD and I text him at 11 saying he should get ready to go because we agreed on 11:30 pickup and he replies with “uhhhhhh” and doesn’t text back for about an hour. At this point I’m over it and it’s past my bed time so I let him know I’m on my way. When I get there I text him that I’m there and he tells me to leave and that he’s having fun. I remind him of the agreement and he ignores me. 30 minutes later I text A’s wife and ask her to get my S/O because I’m not waiting in my car while being ignored any longer. He comes out, obviously fucked up, and starts throwing a bitch fit about how I’m controlling and a mood killer and a mother and he’s a grown ass man who should be able to do whatever he wants whenever he wants blah blah blah. I tell him I’m not doing this when he’s drunk and he says I’m being passive aggressive for not talking to him etc etc. I just go to my own room and ignore him. I heard him on the phone with his cousin, bitching about me. He’s already made half of his family hate me when he first bitched about me not helping with the moving process. I had a tumor and a spinal fracture so I couldn’t help carry things. But that’s a whole other story. Anyway. He ends up sleeping until like 5pm Sunday and we get into an argument and then he apologizes profusely and feels really bad. It seemed to me like he understood it. Apparently not though because it happened again less than a week later.
Weekend 2: Thursday was our anniversary. S/O said he didn’t want to go out on a work night, which was fair, so we planned a low key at home celebration where I made him his favorite food and we had an at home date and then planned to go out on Friday night. Well Thursday morning he gets invited to go out drinking with work friends after work. He texted me to tell me that he’s going. I tell him that hurts my feelings because we had plans to go get groceries so I could make dinner and for us to have a date at home. And it hurts my feelings because he didn’t want to go out with me on a work night but he’ll go out with them. After a bit of arguing, I tell him that I can’t force him to do anything so it’s up to him what he does and unless he’s coming home with a positive attitude and happy to see me and celebrate our anniversary, he should go out with his friends. He ends up coming home with flowers. I believe him that he understands it and I believe his apology but he does it again.
He told me his cousin (C) was coming over Saturday night and I told him I’m upset because that’s supposed to be our day together bc of our anniversary but there’s no winning and I say fine because I gotta get up early to work Sunday anyway and we can still have the day together. Well C ends up coming at noon. I find out 15 minutes before he arrives. I’m upset because now we don’t even get the day together to do our plans and he says we can do it next weekend instead. That works for me because it’s thanksgiving weekend and we don’t get to spend thanksgiving together but at least we get Friday night/Saturday since I’m off at 3 Friday and I don’t work Saturday. And this leads us to this weekend.
Weekend 3: On Thursday I get home around 5. I have to be up at 3am for work so I’m getting ready for bed early. While I’m getting ready for bed, he tells me he’s leaving Friday to spend the weekend at C’s place because more cousins are there. Now, he has brought up leaving earlier in the week and I told him he should go Wednesday after work or Thursday and come back Friday. But I don’t want him leaving Friday and being away all weekend because that’s supposed to be our time together. The conversation didn’t come up again until Thursday. When he dropped that he was going. I was upset and he asked if I was ok. I said obviously not. He said sorry but he has to leave because he was invited to A and A’s parents post thanksgiving party. So he just left. I wake up at 11pm and he’s still not home so I text him to see when he’ll be back. He had promised to watch the dogs during my 11 hour shift or I would’ve taken them to my grandmas on thanksgiving. He says he’s leaving soon. I fall back asleep.
When I wake up at 3, I’m freaking out because he’s not home and his last location was on the highway. I call and text a bunch but I don’t hear from him. I go to work freaking out because a) idk if something bad happened and b) the dogs can’t be locked up all day. I finally hear from him at 9ish. He had lied about where he was and who he was with. He went back to A’s house after the thing at his aunt/uncle’s and got super fucked up there. After weekend 1, he knew I didn’t want him going to A’s house because he makes bad, irresponsible, impulsive decisions. So he lied about it and ended up breaking his promise to be home for the dogs. And leaving me to freak out about whether or not he was okay in the process. On my break I tell him I’m disappointed for lying and breaking his promise and he can’t even imagine how that felt for me and the stress it caused. He says he’s sorry.
A couple hours later he says he’s leaving. I’m like ????? bc I won’t be home for 4 hours and he’s already been away for so long and the dogs had already been locked up for hours because he didn’t come home that night. I told him he better be home when I get home or I’m going to be even more pissed. I can’t have a full conversation with him because I’m still at work. I get a text back saying he already committed to going to his cousins and they have early plans he needs to be there for so he’s leaving. I was livid. And hurt. I could barely make it through the end of my shift and I was crying too hard to drive so I was sitting in the parking lot for like a half hour. He broke his promises to me, I was worried sick about him for half my shift, then he broke his promises to me again. And he left for C’s place without even talking to me about it because I had just found out he was going the night before.
So now we’re here. I told him I’m done being treated like this and this is the last straw. I told him I don’t deserve this. And that I deserve to be a priority, not an option. And that he’s trying to live the single life while reaping the benefits of a serious relationship. He’s mad at me because he “doesn’t understand how spending time with his family is selfish” and “every time he leaves me I have a problem with it and he’s tired of it” etc etc. He keeps ignoring what I’m saying and finding bits and pieces of it to argue and coming up with factually incorrect arguments. Such as “I never want to go out and do anything” which isn’t true, I only didn’t want to go out that first weekend. And “well that’s living married life and we’re not married”. Apparently as soon as you get married the whole relationship changes? Yeah no. So now I’m stuck with him making me the bad guy. And I’m willing to bet he’s bitching to his family about it making more of them hate me for being “controlling and abusive” because I’m “upset that he’s spending time with his family”. I haven’t texted him back because I told him I’m not going in circles anymore and I’m not arguing bs points anymore and then he texted me another bs thing. Also he only texts back when he’s not busy with his friends/cousins. Idk what to do. I’m over it. He says he doesn’t get it. I doubt that but whatever. He always gets defensive when he’s in the wrong because he doesn’t want to take responsibility. I know he knows what he did and he’s just trying to find ways to justify his behavior. I just wish he gave enough of a shit about me to make an effort for once.
TLDR: S/O makes plans with me but apparently to him they’re “soft plans” in case something better comes along because as soon as something more fun is happening, he drops me and goes to those plans. His friend group is 99% his cousins. I tell him he’s selfish for constantly ditching me and breaking promises/commitments to me for things he’d rather be doing. That he can’t have me on standby for when he has nothing better to do. That I should be a priority, not an option. He gaslights and makes me the bad guy because how is spending time with family selfish?

Big Double D Tiddies- Selections from the President’s business history and why your puts wont print.

Tl;dr just skip to the last paragraph. Consider this background due diligence because the market is closed.
Most of you retards lack an historical perspective on current events, so I’m writing this to give you the bigger picture on the casino and stock market history of the president. If you’re going to waste money it should be spent on recreational drugs and strippers- it stimulates the economy and probably does less long term damage to your net worth. But since this million retard army persists in making dumb bets, I will give you some background about the President because to most of you, the only Grey Lady you know is your own mother.
On May 8th, 2019, the president tweeted, “You always wanted to show losses for tax purposes. . . . [...] and often re-negotiate with banks, it was sport. Additionally, the very old information put out is a highly inaccurate Fake News hit job!” The leader of the free world bragged about losing money, said it was financially advantageous, said it was fun, and also said it was fake.
[The president had some successes- but no one goes on this sub for incremental or sustainable traditional business wins. So as to not sound biased, I will include some of them. Feel free to skip this part. His first “deal” was a purchase by his father in Trump’s senior year of high school. Purchased for $5.6 million plus half a million in renovations, it sold eight years later for $6.75 million. Result- a racial discrimination lawsuit and a $650,000 profit. In “The Art of the Deal”, the president claimed this was a $6 million profit. In 1970, Paris is Out, a Broadway comedy, lost him $70,000- inflation adjusted about half a million dollars today. In 1971, he was made president of the 14,000 apartment owning company, changed the name to the Trump Organization, and was again sued for racial discrimination. In 1978 he was the agent for Penn Central’s sale of the current Javits Center, for which he was paid a commission, and then became the face of the redevelopment of the Commodore Hotel. A $70 million loan guaranteed by his father and Hyatt Hotels, in addition to $1 million revolving credit from Chase bank, financed the renovation- which obtained a 40 year tax abatement. He then went on to build Trump Plaza, which he sold as individually owned apartments- known as a cooperative, in 1981. In 1986, he successfully renovated Wollman Ice Rink on time and three quarters of a million dollars under budget.]
In 1980 building site preparations began at the Trump Tower location. The previous building had some artistically significant architectural details, which were promised to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, and instead were destroyed. The demolition crew was a group of 200 strong "Polish Brigade" immigrants who worked 12 hour shifts. By using illegal labor, the president was able to avoid contributions to the pension fund and union worker welfare fund- the workers were paid $4-$5 per hour. Details are sealed after 16 years in court. Construction began in 1982 on Trump Plaza in Atlantic City, and in the first six months of opening in 1985, made only $144,000 in profit. In 1986 he bought out his partner, Harrahs, for $70 million. During this time he also purchased Trump Marina (ne Castle) for $325 million; this was the property at which his father bought $3.5 million in casino chips and never used, and which he was fined for making an illegal casino loan. In 1988, he bought the Plaza Hotel in New York for $390 million. He said in The New York Times, "For the first time in my life, I have knowingly made a deal that was not economic – for I can never justify the price I paid, no matter how successful the Plaza becomes." Another $50 million in renovations caused the total debt service to be too expensive; the prepackaged bankruptcy resulted in a $250 million dollar loss for creditors and a lowered interest rate in exchange for 49% of the hotel. Three years later the Saudis would buy a controlling stake.
Trump Plaza Casino followed the same game plan as the Plaza Hotel: he owed $250 million and conducted a prepackaged bankruptcy due to sky high debt service. The bankruptcy converted the $250 million into $300 million longer term debt, then went on to conduct a $42 million dollar expansion in 1993, and a $48 million dollar expansion in 1995. It closed in 2018 and the property was foreclosed on by Carl Ichan.
In 1988, he bought and renovated the Taj Mahal for nearly a billion dollars, financed with junk bonds at 14%. When he couldn’t make the payments, the property was again put into a prepackaged bankruptcy. Ironically, the Taj Mahal may have hastened the downfall of other Trump properties by cannibalizing their customers. In the end, the billion dollar casino was sold to the bankruptcy administrator for $890 million, named “Trump Entertainment Resorts”, itself filing for bankruptcy in 2004, 2009, and 2014.
His casino ventures show a reliable pattern of using other people’s money to buy and build, then forcing investors to take a loss while the prepackaged bankruptcies allowed him to keep the assets and the profits. His supporters might say this is common in the casino industry, which isn't true, but he shows this pattern of behavior in the stock market as well. In 1987, at the height of his casino activity, he started a new scam. “He would acquire shares in a company with borrowed money, suggest publicly that he was contemplating buying enough to become a majority owner, then quietly sell on the resulting rise in the stock price…” Media reports at the time claimed his pump and dump gained $55 million; government documents showed his stake was smaller and profits less than $11 million. This one trick pony would work a few times between 1987 and 1989, including in companies such as Gillette, Hilton, and Federated Department stores. By 1989, Wall Street was wise and left him bag holding an American Airlines takeover bid, resulting in a $35 million loss.
More recently WSB’ers will no doubt remember the Dead Sea levels of saltiness caused by accusations of pumping and dumping last year’s trade war with China, and the resulting cycle of market agitations on threats, bad news, counter threats, trade talks, and deals. Finally, Covid-19 has given us hydrochlorique panaceas, and other pump and dumps we’re still learning about.
Tl;dr The president has shown a persistent penchant for profligacy using other people’s money. Most recently to use the federal government to price gouge PPE and to attempt to have his signature on stimulus checks- but he’s been doing it for 40 years. With JayPau, he’s found a real life infinite money hack, and everything I’ve written is to prove to you he isn’t afraid to use it. Keynes said, “the market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent” but what we’re seeing today isn’t irrationality, it is the biggest pump and stop stock scam infinite printing we’ve ever seen from a guy who brags about pump and dumps and bankruptcy filings. Your puts wont print, Trump is betting his reelection on it, and the all-in is infinite. Positions- holding all cash. Sell in May and go fuck yourself.

Land Centered Casinos Vs Online Casinos

Several qualified gamblers have a tendency to adhere to the absolute most well-known on line casinos with a good reputation. In fact, this can be a really conscious and sound technique for high wheels as they'll just trust their income with the most truly effective on line casino sites. Nevertheless, that behaviour might also lead to the paradox of missing the greatest new casino bonuses. As a matter of truth, there are lots of less known casinos available who really participate in the same casino network since the popular ones - while providing better bonuses at the same time!
Villento Casino is a great example of this. That casino has yet to create some noise in the casino gaming business, nonetheless it is in fact part of the Casino Benefits Class, a very trusted and reliable on line casino network. That network is accountable for top-notch casinos like Wonderful Tiger Casino and Blackjack Ballroom to mention a few. So when you sign up at Villento Casino you realize that you will get a beat for your dollar with great gameplay, superb design and smart person options.Dampak Judi Togel
Now, like we claimed before, Villento Casino is a great example of one of many lesser known casinos, but in this instance it is often as trusted as some other casino that's part of Casino Benefits Group. But where Villento Casino may lack in recognition - certainly that casino compensates that through their intensive bonuses.
Upon joining, Villento Casino presents over $1,000 USD price of free bonuses. On your first deposit, your bankroll is doubled by a 100% match advantage as high as $150 USD free. Maybe not bad! Deposit again and you're honored with a 50% match advantage as high as $250 USD free. Finding even better! On your next and fourth deposits the casino provides you with a half an hour and 20% match advantage respectively, equally with a complete price as high as $200 USD free. And ultimately, (getting even better still), your sixth deposit will dsicover you disappear with a 10% match advantage as high as $200 USD free. That is a great overall of $1,000 USD in bonuses to start enjoying at Villento Casino - very few casinos can match that.
When contemplating to opt in for a fresh advantage provide, you need to generally examine the overall price of enjoying at the casino in question. The deposit bonuses might be great, however, if the amount of casino activities on offer are several, or if the overall payouts are low, it may possibly not be worthwhile. Thankfully, Villento Casino has over 450 casino activities on present in addition to 16 modern jackpots, including Huge Moolah, King Cashalot, Major Millions, Fruit Fiesta and several more. A few of these jackpots gather to over $1,000,000 USD from time for you to time.

To those that say the most lucrative money-making activity is grinding the Casino Heist...

I’m not ready to disagree, but can you show your math on that?
I only started doing that heist a few weeks ago and am ready to start my fifth hosted round of it, but setup after setup after setup after setup after setup (plus some paid ones to speed it along, at least a little) and then after all the NPC cuts and rather generous 40/20/20/20 or 25/25/25/25 player splits I’m not seeing windfall returns.
Even if I did only the minimum setups and paid for none, used the weakest NPCs (and had the least time in the vault), only used one other player (with even less time to grab loot from the vault) the rewards are still low for the time it takes.
So aside from being one of the lucky players that catches my “you didn’t do any setups, but here’s 20-25% anyway” invites, how is the Casino Heist gotten a reputation for being the “best money fountain” in the game, now?

[PSA] Casino disabled after macro-ing for 3 days (PC)

I’ve totaled to earning roughly ~35mil just from horse betting AFK using a script and today i was kicked from my seat. Now all I see from betting activities including slots is when approaching them is “This feature is currently disabled. Please come back later”
This seems to be common between other users who reached a high total cashout as I read other comments on other threads. I’m not sure what the trigger is for this restriction so to those of you who still have access to the inside track be aware that this risk could happen mid-afk-session if you plan on playing other casino activities after winning large sums of chips.
